Community Interest Survey

Posted on January 24, 2024 by Gaird Schlesinger

Help improve Burlingame Neighborhood Network by filling out a survey.

January 24, 2024 — For 14 years, the Burlingame Neighborhood Network (BNN) has strived to connect, inform, and prepare our neighbors for emergencies. For 10 years, our annual citywide drill has brought neighbors together to practice how to organize and respond during a disaster. You can see the latest information gathered here on our recently updated website: https://burlingamenetwork.org/

During the year, BNN also hosts free community meetings to educate and prepare for events including earthquakes, storms, and wildfires. And we have distributed emergency supply caches to Burlingame neighborhoods that are actively involved in our efforts.

While we have reached many neighborhoods throughout Burlingame, there are still more that we have yet to connect. To help us extend our reach, we are asking for thoughts and ideas about programs we can provide in the future.

Please take a few moments to fill out the brief survey at the link below. If you’d like to comment further, free free to email us at [email protected].

Thank you,
The Burlingame Neighborhood Network Board of Directors

Founded in 2006 by community volunteers, BNN is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) corporation. Our annual Burlingame Disaster Response Drill brings neighborhood groups together to respond to a simulated disaster so that residents can learn how to protect their families and help one another. We also host quarterly meetings on topics related to disaster preparedness and response.
